7 points Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

Fat-free Almond Milk 1 1/2cups

Pumpkin Butter 2tbsps

Vanilla Extract 2tsps

Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/2tsps

Granulated Sugar 2tsps

Espresso Coffee 1/2cup

Fat-free Whipped Cream

Pumpkin pie spice, for garnishing

Ingredient Notes

Fat-free Milk:

You can customize the drink’s creaminess with whole or fat-free milk such as oats, coconut, or almond milk.

Pumpkin Butter:

You can make butter at home or purchase it from a brand like Trader Joe’s.

Sugar:

Adapt the amount of sweetness level of your latte to your preference.

Vanilla Extract:

It improves the taste and adds a touch of sweetness.

Pumpkin Pie Spice:

Use for a warm flavor touch.

Coffee:

I use espresso coffee. But, any strong-flavored coffee will work. You can use caffeine-free as well.

Garnish:

Decorate the latte with Fat-free Whipped Cream and pumpkin pie spice.

Instructions

Switch on the burner hob and adjust its heatness over medium flame.

Next, add granulated sugar, pumpkin butter, and fat-free milk in a saucepan.

Shift this pan on the burner and cook over medium heat.

During cooking, mix well until it boils.

After boiling, turn down the burner hob and set aside the saucepan.

Next, add pumpkin spice and vanilla extract to the same saucepan.

Then, blend with an immersion blender or whisk well with a wire whisk until smooth.

After that, transfer into two cups.

Then, decorate it with fat-free Whipped Cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.

The spicy and delicious Weight Watchers Pumpkin Spice Latte is ready.
