Ingredients
- 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Egg, whisked
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Whisk together yogurt, butter, and vanilla extract.
- Blend in the flour until the dough comes together.
- Divide the dough into balls.
- Take each ball and roll into a rope. Shape into bagels.
- Arrange the bagels in a parchment-line baking sheet and brush with egg.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350F.
