5 INGREDIENT BAGELS – EASY HOMEMADE NO YEAST QUICK BAGELS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Egg, whisked
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, butter, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend in the flour until the dough comes together.
  1. Divide the dough into balls.
  2. Take each ball and roll into a rope. Shape into bagels.
  3. Arrange the bagels in a parchment-line baking sheet and brush with egg.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350F.
