- Preheat oven
To 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Mix ingredients
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, egg, and sweetener until a dough forms. - Form cookies
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. - Bake
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Don’t overbake—they stay soft. - Cool
Let cookies cool 5 minutes on the sheet—they firm up as they cool.
