3 Layer Protein Ice Cream Cake

This Neapolitan style protein ice cream cake is 3 layers of healthy dessert, all in one. This healthy treat has a layer of strawberry protein ice cream, a layer of vanilla protein ice cream and a low calorie, protein brownie crust!
Ingredients
- 1 batch Ridiculous Brownie Recipe
Strawberry Layer
- 1 scoop Strawberry protein powder
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup Almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)
Vanilla Layer
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup Almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)
Instructions
Brownie Crust Layer
- Follow directions on the IG link for the low calorie protein brownie.
Strawberry Layer
- Mix together the strawberry protein powder, frozen berries, and almond milk
- Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth and pour over the frozen brownie in the spring form pan.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours (until hardened)
Vanilla Layer
- Mix together the vanilla protein powder, banana, and almond milk
- Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth and pour over the strawberry layer in the spring form pan.
- Freeze and then serve!
