🥞 3-Ingredient High-Protein Kodiak Pancakes

Ingredients (Makes 1 serving / 2 pancakes)

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix
  • 1 cup water (or milk for extra creaminess)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix Kodiak mix + water (or milk) + egg in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour batter into pancakes (about ¼ cup each).
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on top.
  5. Flip and cook 1–2 minutes more.

Optional Add-Ins (still 3 ingredients + extras)

  • Cinnamon
  • Banana slices
  • Protein powder (adds protein, but not needed)
