Ingredients (Makes 1 serving / 2 pancakes)
- 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix
- 1 cup water (or milk for extra creaminess)
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix Kodiak mix + water (or milk) + egg in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter into pancakes (about ΒΌ cup each).
- Cook 2β3 minutes until bubbles form on top.
- Flip and cook 1β2 minutes more.
