Ingredients

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (dairy or almond)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (adds moisture & extra protein)
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • Optional: 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients
    In a microwave-safe mug, stir protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients
    Stir in egg, milk, Greek yogurt, and sweetener. Mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  3. Microwave
    Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds (start with 60; add more time in 10-second increments).
    The center should look set but still soft.
  4. Rest
