- 1 scoop (about 30–32g) whey protein powder
- Vanilla or unflavored works best
- Whey isolate gives the fluffiest texture

🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Whip the Egg Whites
- Add egg whites to a clean bowl.
- Beat with a hand or stand mixer on high for 4–5 minutes until stiff peaks form (it should look like glossy marshmallow fluff).
2️⃣ Fold in Protein Powder
- Gently fold protein powder into the egg whites in 2–3 additions.
- Be patient and light-handed—this keeps it cloud-like ☁️
3️⃣ Bake
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Line or lightly spray a small round cake pan or loaf pan.
