Ingredients:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional, or use a sugar substitute for fewer points)
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Make the 2-Ingredient Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and non-fat Greek yogurt. Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll Out the Dough:
- Dust a clean surface with a little extra flour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle Cinnamon and Sugar:
- In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and granulated sugar.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Fold and Cut:
- Fold the dough in half, pressing gently to seal the edges.
- Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into strips, creating twists.
- Twist the Dough:
- Take each strip and twist it a few times to create a twisted shape.
- Bake:
- Place the twisted dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the twists are golden brown.
- Optional Glaze:
- If desired, you can make a simple glaze by mixing powdered sugar with a small amount of water or milk. Drizzle the glaze over the twists after they come out of the oven.
- Serve:
- Allow the cinnamon twists to cool slightly before serving.
