1pt breakfast iron veggie hash and egg

Added the recipe to original post for those that missed it in the comments…..
cleaned out vegetables in frig… mushroom, sweet pepper, jalapeno and broccoli. Sauteed with salt, pepper and Weber chophouse butter seasoning.
Sprinkled with ff shredded cheddar and cracked an egg.
I then add a few tablespoons of water and cover until egg is done.
