Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Let the frozen strawberries sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to slightly soften.
  2. Add strawberries, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer consistency.

Tips:

  • Add a dash of lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
  • Top with fresh mint or a sprinkle of cinnamon (still 0 points!).
