0-Point Almond Joy Cookies with Weight Watchers Points

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbsp almond milk (optional, if needed for consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash Bananas:
    • In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
