zucchini, broccoli, asparagus
This was dinner…. Someone mentioned that it was high in carbs. I thought I did good. Am I wrong? I’m new to this.
Red, yellow and orange peppers, zucchini, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms and sausage.
I put them all together in a bowl and tossed in EVOO and placed them in a single layer on the pan. I sprinkled garlic powder, chili powder, Mrs dash onion & herb and Mrs dash vegetable seasoning on them. Baked @ 400 for 8 minutes, flipped everything and baked another 8 minutes. Veggies were done, but still crisp and not soggy.
