WW Old Fashion Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup powdered erythritol (or another sugar substitute)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fudge Base:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and a pinch of salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and plain non-fat Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
- Adjust Consistency:
- If the mixture is too thick, add unsweetened almond milk gradually until you achieve a smooth and spreadable consistency.
- Set in a Pan:
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the fudge mixture evenly in the pan.
- Chill:
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and let the fudge set for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into Pieces:
- Once set, remove from the pan and cut into small squares or bars.
