WW Old Fashion Chocolate Fudge


  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup powdered erythritol (or another sugar substitute)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Prepare the Fudge Base:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and a pinch of salt.
    • Add melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and plain non-fat Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Adjust Consistency:
    • If the mixture is too thick, add unsweetened almond milk gradually until you achieve a smooth and spreadable consistency.
  3. Set in a Pan:
    • Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
    • Spread the fudge mixture evenly in the pan.
  4. Chill:
    • Place the pan in the refrigerator and let the fudge set for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Cut into Pieces:
    • Once set, remove from the pan and cut into small squares or bars.
