WW Bread sandwich

After a week of eating only 0 pt foods, and dropping another 2 pounds, it’s time to switch it up.

Lunch….

Seared, seasoned chicken breast, topped with lots of sautéed onions, and a slice of Sharp Cheddar Velveeta cheese, in-between 2 slices of my new bread find. I sprayed the bread with the Parkay to crisp it up.

I used both Parkay spray and cooking spray for chicken and onions.

This delicious lunch filled me up. This bread is far better than the 2 pt wraps I’ve been using. Oh how I’ve missed a good sandwich ! Meal only 3 pts.

2pts for 2 bread slices, 1pt for cheese. The regular Velveeta slices are more pts.
