Weight Watchers Seven Layer Dip


  1. Refried Beans Layer:
    • 1 can (16 ounces) fat-free refried beans
  2. Guacamole Layer:
    • 2 medium avocados, mashed
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Sour Cream Layer:
    • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt or fat-free sour cream
  4. Salsa Layer:
    • 1 cup fresh salsa (pico de gallo) or sugar-free store-bought salsa
  5. Cheese Layer:
    • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  6. Vegetable Layer:
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  7. Green Onion Layer:
    • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  8. Optional Toppings (not included in the seven layers):
    • Sliced black olives
    • Jalapeño slices
    • Fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Prepare the Layers:
    • Refried Beans Layer:
      • Spread the fat-free refried beans evenly on the bottom of a serving dish.
    • Guacamole Layer:
      • In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix with lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread this guacamole layer over the refried beans.
    • Sour Cream Layer:
      • Spread the fat-free Greek yogurt or sour cream over the guacamole layer.
    • Salsa Layer:
      • Add a layer of fresh salsa or sugar-free store-bought salsa.
    • Cheese Layer:
      • Sprinkle the reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa layer.
    • Vegetable Layer:
      • Top with diced tomatoes.
    • Green Onion Layer:
      • Finish with a layer of chopped green onions.
  2. Optional Toppings:
    • If desired, garnish the top with sliced black olives, jalapeño slices, and chopped fresh cilantro.
  3. Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the Seven Layer Dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
    • Serve with baked tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks.
