Weight Watchers Potato Cakes

This Weight Watchers Potato Cakes recipe is an easy and super quick snack.


  • 2 cups of mashed potatoes
  • ½ of a medium onion, chopped into very small pieces
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Black pepper


  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them before starting this recipe. You’ll need 2 cups of mashed potatoes, mix them with an egg, chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet on the medium and start adding potato mixture – each little cake will take about 2 tablespoons of mixture.
  3. Cook on one side until it’s getting golden, turn to the other side with a spatula.
