Weight Watchers heesecake Salad


For the Salad:

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (use sparingly for lower points)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts, use sparingly for lower points)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar substitute for extra sweetness (adjust to taste)


  1. Prepare Pudding Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine fat-free Greek yogurt and sugar-free vanilla pudding mix. Mix well until the pudding mix is fully incorporated into the yogurt.
  2. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the fat-free whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Berries and Optional Ingredients: Carefully fold in the mixed berries. If you’re adding optional ingredients like mini marshmallows or chopped nuts, fold them in at this stage. Adjust sweetness with honey or sugar substitute if desired.
  4. Chill: Place the cheesecake salad in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1-2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld, and the salad to set.
  5. Serve: Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. Spoon it into individual serving bowls or glasses.
  6. Optional Garnish: Garnish the top with a few additional berries or a sprinkle of nuts if desired.
