  • 8 oz whole wheat or multigrain pasta (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked until crispy and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together non-fat Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning until well combined. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the ranch dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
