Weight Watchers French Bread Pizza


  • 1 whole wheat French bread or baguette
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (choose a low-sugar or homemade option)
  • 1 1/2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (vegetables, lean meats, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the French bread or baguette in half lengthwise to create two long pieces.
  3. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over each bread half.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Add your favorite pizza toppings, distributing them evenly.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the top.
  8. If you like a bit of heat, you can add crushed red pepper flakes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
  11. Slice into individual servings and enjoy your Weight Watchers-friendly French Bread Pizza!
