Weight Watchers Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
- In another bowl, mix the honey (or agave syrup), Greek yogurt, applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting them into squares.
