Weight Watcher One Point Elvis Presley Pancakes DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Taste test batter- if you want a sweeter pancake add packets of Splenda as needed.
3. spray skillet with cooking spray
4. Spoon out batter into seven pancakes.
5. Turn pancakes as soon as first batter bubbles appear on the pancake.
6. Wait an additional 45 seconds to one and a half minutes to evenly brown both sides of the pancake.
7. Plate pancakes and Place sliced bananas evenly on pancakes.
