W/W Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders


  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 8 slices center-cut bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)


  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken Tenders:
    • Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
    • In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate the Chicken:
    • Coat the chicken tenders with the spice mixture, making sure they are well-covered.
  4. Wrap with Bacon:
    • Wrap each marinated chicken tender with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

    • If you want the bacon to be extra crispy, you can broil the chicken tenders for an additional 1-2 minutes under the broiler, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Garnish and Serve:
    • Remove the toothpicks and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve:
    • Serve the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders hot as a delicious and satisfying protein-rich dish.
