W/W Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 8 slices center-cut bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Chicken Tenders:
- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken:
- Coat the chicken tenders with the spice mixture, making sure they are well-covered.
- Wrap with Bacon:
- Wrap each marinated chicken tender with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
