Vegan Blueberry Smoothie


  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk (such as almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more non-dairy milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup or agave syrup.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
