Vegan banana ice cream,

made with frozen 🍌 banana and some chopped dark chocolate


  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)


  1. Place the sliced bananas on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze them for at least 2 hours, or until frozen solid.
  2. Once the bananas are frozen, add them to a food processor or blender along with the almond milk.
  3. Blend the bananas and almond milk on high until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. This may take a few minutes, so be patient.
  4. Add the dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate and pulse a few times until they are evenly distributed throughout the ice cream.
  5. Serve the banana ice cream immediately, or transfer it to a container with a lid and freeze for later.

Optional: You can also add other toppings or flavors to the ice cream, such as nuts, fruits, or spices. Enjoy!
