Treacle pudding

Made 4 treacle puddings. Sooo delicious.

125 g Sugar

125 g butter. Cream together.

Beat in 2 medium eggs.

Mix in 125 g SR flour and a little milk.

Grease 4 pudding moulds or silicon muffin cases and put a tablespoon of golden syrup in each before adding pudding mixture.

Cook on the bake setting at 140 for 20-21 mins, until the sponge springs back when you press it.
