THE BEST AIR FRYER LOBSTER TAILS

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise, stopping at the end of the tail. Gently pry the shell open to expose the meat, but leave it attached at the base of the tail.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, shell side down.
  6. Cook the lobster tails in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the lobster tails and the efficiency of your air fryer, so keep an eye on them.
  7. Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
