snack boxes

I have been making up these snack boxes to keep in my fridge to stop me stacking on junk.

I have a very busy month of work ahead, so I’m sat at my desk a lot and that can lead to mindless snacking.

But, if these are made and ready in the fridge then I will go for these and they will be much more filling.

There is crackers, cucumber and hummus. Crackers, cottage cheese and peppers. Cheddar, tomatoes and pepper. A Greek yoghurt and ranch seasoning mix with cucumber and crackers and then a sweet one of Greek yoghurt, crumbled up homemade protein bars and some freeze dried berries.
