Ingredients:

2 lbs beef stew meat
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper, to taste
16 oz wide egg noodles
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Directions:

In a slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed cream of celery soup, beef broth, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender and the flavors meld together.
About 30 minutes before serving, cook the wide egg noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente.
