Sausage In The Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • Sausages (any variety you prefer)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. While the air fryer is preheating, prick each sausage a few times with a fork to prevent them from bursting while cooking.
  3. If desired, lightly coat the sausages with olive oil or spray them with cooking spray. This will help them crisp up and prevent sticking, but it’s optional.
  4. Place the sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other.
  5. Cook the sausages in the air fryer for about 10-15 minutes, depending on their size and thickness. Flip them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
  6. Check for doneness by cutting into one of the sausages to make sure it’s cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
  7. Once the sausages are cooked to your liking, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
