Pork Broccoli Onion Mushrooms Gouda Quiche

Here is a quick and easy dish to make and have for breakfast for the the whole week that your family will love.

WHAT:

* 1 lb ground pork cooked

* 10 eggs

* 1 cup Heavy Whipping cream

* Mushrooms chopped and sautéed

* Onion diced and sautéed

* Sprinkle of Pink salt

* Sprinkle of Nutmeg

* Add any seasons you prefer

* 2 cups of Gouda cheese

Measurements are estimates depending on your baking dish. I used a 13×9 Pyrex dish

HOW:

1. Cook the ground pork and transfer to baking dish

2. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the same pan

3. Add the broccoli on top of the onions and mushrooms, cover and turn off the heat to lightly steam the broccoli

4. Mix the eggs and heavy whipping cream along with spices in a large bowl

5. Add the broccoli, mushrooms and onions on top of the pork in the baking dish

6. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the glass baking

7. Sprinkle the shredded Gouda cheese on top

8. Bake in a 375F oven for 45-55 minutes or until done

9. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and or cool completely and store covered in the refrigerator

10. Slice up and serve warm or cold

11. Enjoy!
