Kim’s Keto Chili
1 lb ground beef
1 lb sausage
1 large onion
4 peppers- green, red, yellow, orange
3 stalks of celery
1 can of tomato juice
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of Rotel
1 beef bouillon cube
Homemade chili seasoning—
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Note: I throw everything in the stock pot after I cut it up. Then I brown the meat at throw it in the pot. I cook on medium heat to get it going then after I add the browned meat in I turn down a little bit and let the veggies get soft. About an hour.
Garnish with shredded cheese and gluten free tortilla strips (Kroger brand).
