Keto Wonder Bread Chaffle

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your mini waffle maker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
  3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and mayonnaise to the egg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Lightly spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining batter.

Tips:

  • For a more bread-like texture, ensure the mozzarella cheese is finely shredded.
  • You can add a pinch of salt if desired, but the cheese usually provides enough saltiness.
