Keto Wonder Bread Chaffle
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Preheat your mini waffle maker.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and mayonnaise to the egg. Mix until well combined.
- Lightly spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour half of the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
Tips:
- For a more bread-like texture, ensure the mozzarella cheese is finely shredded.
- You can add a pinch of salt if desired, but the cheese usually provides enough saltiness.
