Keto Turkish Bread

Ingredients:-

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions:-

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter (or olive oil), Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The dough will be thick and slightly sticky.
  5. Shape the Dough: With wet hands, shape the dough into a round or oval loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet. You can also divide the dough into smaller portions to make individual rolls.
  6. Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of the bread.
  7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
