Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey or chicken)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (make sure it’s keto-friendly)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced jalapeños for extra heat
Instructions:
- Cook the Ground Meat:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the cooked meat according to the package instructions. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Assemble the Layers:
- In a serving dish or casserole dish, start by spreading the cooked and seasoned ground meat in an even layer at the bottom.
- Layer the Ingredients:

- Spread the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

- Finish by sprinkling chopped cilantro over the olives.
- Season and Garnish:
- Season the top layer with a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, add sliced jalapeños for extra heat and flavor.
- Chill and Serve:
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the dip for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.
