Keto Ranch Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Base Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and heavy cream. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Add Vinegar: Stir in the apple cider vinegar. This adds a slight tanginess to the dressing.
  3. Add the Herbs and Spices: Add the dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If you prefer a thinner dressing, add a bit more heavy cream until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Chill and Serve: For the best flavor, refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.
  6. Store: Keep the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should last for about a week.

Tips:

  • Fresh Herbs: If you prefer to use fresh herbs instead of dried, you can substitute with 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, parsley, and chives.
  • Buttermilk: If you like a tangier dressing, you can replace the heavy cream with buttermilk. Just be sure to adjust the carb count if you’re strictly tracking your macros.
