Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a microwave-safe mug, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

  3. Microwave: Microwave on high for about 60-90 seconds. Start with 60 seconds and check for doneness. The cake should be set but still moist.
