Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a microwave-safe mug, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

- Microwave: Microwave on high for about 60-90 seconds. Start with 60 seconds and check for doneness. The cake should be set but still moist.
