Ingredients:

  • Cooked ground beef or turkey

  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Add in the optional chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly. Flatten and shape them into small circles, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  4. Bake the cheese shells in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
