Keto Garlic Cheese Fingers
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Stir in the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined. The dough will be sticky.
- Roll the dough into finger-like shapes and place them on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the tops of each finger.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
