Keto egg salad
Ingredients
12 Large Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled and halved
¼ – ⅛ Cups Mayonnaise (really you can just measure with your heart unless you’re tracking)
½ Tbs. Yellow Mustard or Dijon
⅛ teaspoon Onion Powder
⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 ½ Tbs. Dill Pickle Juice (again measure with your heart)
Sprinkle of Paprika for aesthetic
Instructions:
Hard boil 12 eggs
Cool the hot eggs in an ice bath.
Peel and halve the hard boiled eggs.
Put the yolks in a small mixing bowl.
break up the yolks first before adding anything else it will make for a smoother more even filling.
Mix in the mayo, mustard, onion salt, garlic powder, and dill pickle juice. Whip until the mixture is completely smooth.
I use a piping bag with a star tip but you can also just spoon them into you egg halves.
