Home made egg drop soup! Didn’t realize how easy it was! So what I did was I took a carton of chicken stalk and added some chicken base to add more flavor. 1/2tsp garlic powder, and boiled it. On the side you take two eggs and whisk it. Then when your broth comes to a boil you pour in your eggs while stirring at the same time and then INSTANTLY take off burner. You really don’t need to cook the eggs in the broth. They instantly cook when added to the broth. Then I had cut scallions to add on the top. What’s great about this recipe is you can doctor your chicken broth to your liking! Homemade chicken stock would be slammin!!
