- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
Instructions:-
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Place the cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower is finely ground and resembles rice.
- Alternatively, you can use a grater to grate the cauliflower.
- Cook the Cauliflower:
- Microwave the cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl for 5-6 minutes, or until soft.
- Let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes.
- Prepare the Crust:
- Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the Crust:
- Place the cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a thin circle, about 1/4-inch thick. You can also make it into a rectangular shape if you prefer.
- Bake the Crust:
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Add Toppings (Optional):
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings, such as low-carb tomato sauce, more cheese, vegetables, and meats.
- Bake Again:
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving.
