Keto Big Mac Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (or use less for fewer carbs)
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for that Big Mac touch!)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp diced pickles (or pickle relish)
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef: In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  2. Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce. Top with cooked beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and sesame seeds.
  4. Drizzle & Serve: Pour the Big Mac sauce over the salad and toss gently. Enjoy!
