Keto Big Mac Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 1/2 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions (or use less for fewer carbs)
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for that Big Mac touch!)
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp diced pickles (or pickle relish)
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef: In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce. Top with cooked beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle & Serve: Pour the Big Mac sauce over the salad and toss gently. Enjoy!
