Italian Sub keto Salad

Perfect keto salad – –😍😋
– 5 oz hard salami, cubed
– 5 oz pepperoni, cubed
– 5 oz provolone cheese, cubed
– 5 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed
– 2 cups tomatoes, cubed (used whole cherry tomatoes)
– 1/4 cup pepperochinis (did not use)
– 1/4 cup black olives, halved (did not use)
– 1 medium red pepper, chopped (used mini sweet peppers)
– 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
– 1 cup broccoli
– 1 cup cauliflower
Dressing:
– 3 Tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
– 6 Tbsp Swerve confectioners replacement
– 2 tsp oregano
– 1/2 cup fresh basil, minced (I believe this is a typo as this is ALOT)
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
