Honey Butter Skillet Corn
Honey Butter Skillet Corn is an easy and fast side dish that only takes 15 minutes to make. It combines frozen corn, honey, butter, and cream cheese. Decadently sweet and creamy, it’s delicious.
Crispy Corn with Honey and Butter
Where we call home is the Midwest, where we may enjoy the bounty of summertime farmer’s market corn offered at quaint roadside kiosks. The corn is tasty and there’s a lot of it.
Because it’s easy to make and everyone enjoys it, this one-pan dinner is great for weeknights (or any night!).
Ingredients for the Recipe
Two teaspoons of butter One 16-ounce bag of frozen corn and two tablespoons of salted honey are standard ingredients in my recipes.
Two sprigs of cream cheese in chunk form
An eighth of a teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper
Corn Recipe with Honey Butter and Skillet
Honey and butter, in a pan set over medium-high heat, must melt. Once the butter has melted, cook the corn for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until it reaches a soft consistency.
Season with salt and pepper and stir in the cream cheese. Mix everything together by whisking. For around three to five minutes, stir occasionally while cooking.
It is imperative that you promptly serve. Sealing leftovers in a container and storing them in the fridge extends their shelf life significantly.
You may easily make eight servings of this recipe if you’re feeding tiny children, even if the nutrition information is based on six parts of the side dish.
Frozen corn of any sort would do, but my personal fave is gold n’ white. Be sure it’s the 16-oz (1 lb) bag of frozen corn.
