Home Made Pizza Chips.


  • 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)


  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Tortillas:
    • Brush each tortilla with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Cut into Chips:
    • Stack the tortillas on top of each other and cut them into triangular chip shapes, like you would with a pizza.
  4. Arrange on Baking Sheet:
    • Arrange the tortilla triangles on a baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
  5. Sprinkle Cheese and Seasonings:
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the tortilla triangles.
    • Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the cheese.
  6. Bake in the Oven:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted, and the edges of the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Cool Slightly:
    • Allow the pizza chips to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with Pizza Sauce:
    • While the chips are cooling, heat the pizza sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
  9. Enjoy:
    • Serve the homemade pizza chips with the warm pizza sauce for dipping.
