Home Made Air Fryer Potato & Sausage

Ingredients:
- 4-5 medium-sized potatoes
- 2-3 sausages of your choice (Italian sausage, bratwurst, or any preferred type)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. This will help them cook faster and crisp up nicely in the air fryer.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato pieces with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss them to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with the oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mix over the potatoes and toss them again to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. It’s important not to overcrowd the basket to allow for even cooking and crisping.
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes. Shake the basket or toss the potatoes halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly.
- While the potatoes are cooking, slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- After the potatoes have cooked for about 15 minutes, add the sausage pieces to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Continue cooking for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
- Once the potato and sausage mixture is done, remove them from the air fryer, and serve hot.
- You can garnish the dish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of your favorite sauce for extra flavor..
