Air Fryer Cod fillet.


  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Then, brush the marinade over both sides of the fillets.
  4. Once the air fryer is preheated, place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other.
  5. Cook the cod fillets in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the thickest part of the fillet; it should flake easily and be opaque all the way through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the cod fillets from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
