Healthy air fryer lemon cod fillets

Healthy low carb white fish recipe for the dinner or lunch, air fryer lemon cod fillets! No breading required, keto and weight watchers friendly. Cook it from frozen too!

Ingredients
- 3 oz cod fillet
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- garlic salt
- dried parsley
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry cod fillet. Cover with spices.
- Slice lemon and cover the air fryer basket with a few slices. Place fish on top and cover the fillet with even more lemon.
- Cook at 375F degrees for about 10 minutes. You may want to check the internal temperature, it should be 145F.
- Carefully remove cod from the air fryer and serve with your favorite side dish
