Hash Brown Breakfast Sandwich

Okay, okay,  you can stop drooling all over your keyboard now, want to know how to make this amazing Hash Brown Breakfast Sandwich, you see right before you eyes? It’s super easy and one you will just carry on making, again and again.

Ingredients

  • Crispy Golden Hash Browns
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices of lean bacon (I used Canadian Peameal Bacon)
  • Fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Spray oil
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. If you have made hash browns in advance, you will need to warm up in the oven or finish cooking if you froze from half baked
  2. While hash browns are warming up
  3. Spray a frying pan with some spray oil and cook egg and bacon. (I cook the egg using a egg ring to keep it a perfect size for the sandwich)
  4. Top crispy golden hash brown with spinach 
  5. Add bacon slice
  6. Top with sliced tomatoes
  7. Add fried egg and season with salt and black pepper
  8. Top with crispy golden hash brown.
