Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Foil Packets


  • 1 lb (450g) steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
